Sven B. Schreiber (sbs) I had the big pleasure of watching this exceptional Italian post-rock band from Forlì two times live in Germany, somewhere around 2006/2007 - first in Schweinfurt (Stattbahnhof), and shortly thereafter in Darmstadt (Oetinger Villa), if I'm not mistaken. It was a breathtaking experience... no matter what kind of location they're playing in, they immediately fill the entire room with some hard to describe magic. This is their debut album, which demonstrates quite impressively the high level of musical excellence they're on. Favorite track: Prague.

i) you and the chair | about waiting
Waiting means absence: you know exactly what you need
when you realize what you lack.
So an intuition leads you to consider, sortly unaware, your inside being.
The empty chair is a symbol of this incompleteness.
The comprehension of the waiting is the step to begin.

ii) art as a cast message | the glance
Expression itself is something incomplete.
Whenever you take something out, from your deep under, there it stands.
It is complete only when someone else, for a moment, in a glance,
recognizes himself in it.

iii) among the languages | translation and secret
When you try to translate you always have some meaning missing.
It’s as if in every language (spoken words, music, picture, math...)
each sign acquires plural senses.
For example think about those foreign words that haven’t got
an exact corrispondence in your own language.
All the sense remains in the middle, and, in that moment,
you are the only one who feels it.
This is your secret.

iv) for a new grammar of feelings
We’re convinced that the key concept to summarize is “getting involved”.
By this point of view secret, art, and feelings can be easily connected.
The idea of a new grammar reflects the purpose of rearranging
what we usually think about emotions.
Not to put them into schemes, but trying to learn their logic,
and live their intensity.

Our secret is dedicated to all the time
you spent waiting for something else.
